Finally, Seles Games have released ‘AppVegas’ app in marketplace.It is a ingenious team behind one of the most popular Windows Phone apps like weave and Windows Phone News. Luckily, we have had a chance to try out beta version before it appeared on marketplace. The apps fits well with some of the already know apps in this category like WP7Applist and AppFlow, however, it goes one step beyond and makes discovering app much more fun.
All you have to do is spin the slot machine or shake your device which will automatically discover new marketplace apps/ games for you. Interestingly, there are an options to lock your interest for example, you can search for New games only by locking different wheel (don’t get confused we’ve a video demo to show what does it mean). So you like Windows Phone 8 interface, but you’re still not able to get it on your Windows Phone 7.5 version. When Microsoft announced WP8, they also announced the existing WP users, though will not be getting the entire update, will able to enjoy the start screen enhancement on their device. However, the situations looks grim, as the roll out of Windows Phone 7.8 version seems to have been scheduled to be rolled out in 2013. But that can not stop you from enjoying the remunerative WP8 interface on your old version device. The app itself is a realistic simulation of the old interface and looks exactly identical.
