In an astounding battle to reclaim the best twitter client crown Carbon developers have leapfrogged competitor Rowi by introducing slews of new features in Carbon 1.3 version. With other twitter client almost out of contention, the real battle is between paid apps like Rowi and Carbon. Undoubtedly, both the apps offers slews of features that put them in line with iOS and Android apps.
In earlier version Trial mode, video preview, quote taps features were introduced. However, version 1.3 brings real gem. It introduces a whole new level of competition by implementing Timeline filters, landscape typing, read later support and plenty of other features. Push notification is slated for version 1.4. While Rowi is known for slick design, Carbon has earned ‘most polished’ twitter app moniker.
